Heather gained her experience of the mortgage market as an executive of major Banks and Building Societies in the UK and has used this experience to deliver professional, independent and personal mortgage advice worldwide. Her team include a qualified legal expert and former bank and lawyer employees.
Your Spanish mortgage has offices in Spain and the UK. An experienced team in Spain deals with all lending. This team will look after the clients needs throughout the purchase process and liaise with all relevant parties on their behalf wherever required. All members of the team are service focused and pride themselves on their ability to help the client with any issues that may arise, including those relating to aspects outside the financing including legal and sales agent liaison.
Your Spanish Mortgage have access to all products and providers. We are able to help clients understand the idiosyncrasies of the mortgage and purchase market in Spain and help to ensure deposit monies are not put at risk and that the best possible product is sourced from a bank with whom the client can communicate effectively after completion.
Your Spanish Mortgage will always put the client's welfare first and understand how stressful it can be to buy and organise finance for a purchase in a country of which you are not resident. Updates and communication of progress are provided at each stage so clients are not left feeling vulnerable due to lack of information.
